The different dance styles

The dance can be divided into different styles:

Classical Dance: The technique of this dance is a major difficulty, since it requires concentration to master the entire body while also adding a training in flexibility, coordination and musical rhythm. Typically, although not obligatory, it is learned with an early age to internalize and automate technical movements and steps. This style requires a specific body that have very little benefit.

Contemporary dance: a kind of bodily expression which is based on classical ballet technique, which involves less rigidity of movement.
It is a dance class in which she tries to express, through the dancer, an idea, a feeling, a
n emotion, like ballet, but mixing your own body movements XX and XXI century with traditional steps of any branch of the ballet.
This dance is one hundred percent interpretation, their movements are synchronized with the music trying to communicate a message.

Neoclassical Dance:

Unlike ballet, where the movement is fully encrypted (absolute respect for the five basic positions, tips, and grand plies battement, etc.) Neoclassical ballet breaks
this creative straitjacket.
